Caroline Wee

Investment Partner, Southeast Asia, Circulate Capital

Caroline has been managing venture capital and private equity investments in the Asia-Pacific region over the last three decades. She is currently the Investment Partner (Asia) for Circulate Capital. Prior to this, she covered the APAC region for US firm Advent International’s Asian affiliate and was a Founding Partner of the spin-off private equity business of ING-Barings. She also served as Managing Director and Head of Investments for global applied science and technology organization Battelle’s entity in Asia. As a listed entity accredited director, she chairs the Board Committees of Stamford Tyres Corporation Limited as the Lead Independent Director.

Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) Degree from the National University of Singapore as a KPMG scholar. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, and completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
