Attapong Sathitmanothum

CEO, SCG Cleanergy

Mr. Attapong Sathitmanothum is a senior executive with extensive experience in leading large-scale businesses and regional operations across Southeast Asia. With a strong track record in operational leadership and strategic management, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SCG Cleanergy.

Mr. Attapong holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He has built a broad-based leadership career within SCG. His experience includes serving as Managing Director of PT Semen Jawa in Indonesia (2013–2016), Country Director for Myanmar at SCG Cement-Building Materials (2016–2018), and Chief Operating Officer of SCG’s Cement Business (2018–2021), where he led operational excellence and strategic execution.

To further strengthen his leadership and strategic perspective, Mr. Attapong has participated in several executive development programs, including the Advanced Management Program (AMP 191) at Harvard Business School in 2016. He is also an alumnus of the Thailand Capital Market Academy (CMA 30) and the Thailand Energy Academy (TEA 17), reflecting his continued commitment to executive development, capital market insight, and energy sector leadership.

Since 2021, Mr. Attapong has served as Chief Executive Officer of SCG Cleanergy, where he is responsible for leading the company’s growth in renewable energy and power solutions. Under his leadership, SCG Cleanergy supports the Group’s sustainability and e nergy transition objectives by delivering reliable, innovative, and environmentally responsible energy platforms that create long-term value for customers, partners, and society.
