CEO Designate and Executive Vice President, Strategy, Business Development, and Human Resources Group, PTTEP

Effective 1 October 2025, Kanita Sartwattayu has been appointed as CEO Designate of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP). In addition to her new designation, she is assigned as Executive Vice President of the Strategy, Business Development, and Human Resources Group, with oversight of both Domestic and International Production Asset Groups.

In this expanded leadership role, Kanita acts on behalf of, or in collaboration with, the CEO in strategic decision-making and organizational leadership, representing PTTEP in key national and international forums. She is responsible for leading corporate strategy and driving the performance of domestic and international production asset groups to ensure alignment with PTTEP’s business objectives and long-term strategic direction.

Alongside this appointment, Kanita continues to serve as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Business Development, and Human Resources Group, where she formulates and leads the company’s strategic framework, business development, and human resources initiatives. She oversees the overall performance of these corporate functions, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, integrity, and compliance with PTTEP’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Her leadership emphasizes strong SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) performance, sustainable business practices, and effective stakeholder engagement - ensuring smooth and responsible business operations that support PTTEP’s mission and values.

Kanita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA. She began her professional career with PTTEP in 1996.
